E-mail the requested date and a brief description or picture of what you want to amber@mysprettypastryshoppe.com. If your date is available, you will be sent an order form to fill out to start the quote process. Your order is not confirmed until your completed order form and a 50% deposit is received. Two weeks notice is required to place a party cake order, while wedding cakes require six weeks. My Pretty Pastry Shoppe takes a limited amount of orders and reserves the right to reject any order for any reason.
Pricing:
Cakes are a minimum of $45 per tier for round cakes and a $60 minimum for sheet cakes. Sculpted cakes are priced individually with a $100 minimum. Specific pricing of your cake will be based on cake and frosting types, flavors, number of slices and complexity of the design. A 50% deposit is required to hold the date and the remaining balance 2 weeks before due date. If paying via paypal, please send payment to txabarnhill@yahoo.com . Cake stands, boards, and other are available as rentals for a $25 deposit. Refund upon return of undamaged equipment.
Delivery:
The delivery fee is based on mileage with a minimum fee of $15.00. Subject to change as fuel prices change. I prefer to deliver at least 30 min or more before time of party or other. Depending on the type and complexity of the cake, it may need to be delivered earlier and assembled upon delivery. We currently do not offer the option for pick-up.
Cancellation:
Any order may be cancelled; however, if the cancellation is requested 2 weeks or less before the due date, 50% of the deposit will be considered a cancellation fee. There will be no refund for orders cancelled less than 7 days before due date.
Other:
All orders are subject to My Pretty Pastry Shoppe's final approval. In the event an original element of the order is not plausible or available, My Pretty Pastry Shoppe will use its professional discretion to produce the best possible cake. In such cases, a MPPS representative will make all attempts to contact the ordering party and notify them of the the change.
Cakes are made with vegetable fats and contain dairy products. Diabetic, sugar free, or other are also available upon request.
All cakes should be stored in a cool place, out of direct sunlight, and on a flat sturdy surface.
Fondant covered cakes should not be refrigerated unless specifically stated.
Cakes left in the heat or sun are subject to risks as with any food product so please use your own discretion.
